| The Brambles, Monkston Park, Milton Keynes Duration: 74 weeks Development Value: £10.5 million The Brambles at Monkston Park was a key Landmark development within a specific Milton Keynes grid square, which was offered for sale by competitive tender by English Partnerships, the Government appointed Development Agency. The tender was to be awarded based on a distinctive design brief which required the successful developer to create a ‘Buckinghamshire Village High Street’ atmosphere within the development. Careys New Homes set about designing a bespoke scheme for the village high street and was awarded the contract. The scheme included a mixture of 12 apartments and 22 houses which consisted of 19 unique house designs. The project has subsequently received a number of accolades within the industry. |
