The Woodlands, Perivale, is a prestigious project on a brownfield location bordering a protected nature reserve within the borough of Ealing which was purchased with detailed planning consent for 229 residential units. Consisting predominantly of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with a small number of 2 and 3 bedroom houses.
A partnership was entered into with Family Mosaic Housing Association to deliver 80 Social units within a specified time period and to a detailed build specification. All contract terms were met in full and a ‘Considerate Constructors’ Bronze Award was won by the site manager in charge of the project. |
