| Recycling & Sustainability Conserving our natural resource... our extensive range of crushers, screeners and excavators operate both within the Carey Group and externally to produce quality recycled and secondary aggregates for use on our in-house projects and for the external market. These operations are closely monitored for compliance with all waste management regulations and environmental legislation whilst still producing a cost effective product/solution and the efficient use of materials. It is our aim to minimise, for our clients, the amount of construction waste and excess material sent to landfill, using our extensive knowledge of recycling and ground improvement techniques. These include insitu deep lime modification and stabilisation to ‘lock in’ contaminants and prevent leaching and cement/lime stabilisation both insitu and exsitu to improve ground bearing capacity and improve material properties. |
